you eligible for classes? |

We can only offer classes to people who can show that
they can answer Yes to one of the questions below:
a) Have you lived in the UK/EU for the last 3 years?
(not just as a full-time student?) and have:
- A UK or European Community passport
- A passport endorsed with Right of Abode British Citizenship
- A certificate of naturalisation
- Indefinite Leave to Remain
b) Are you a national of any EU country, or spouse
or child of an EU national, living in the EEA Area for the last
3 years? (EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic,
Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland,
Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland,
Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, UK, Bulgaria and Romania.
The EEA is defined as all the EU countries as well as Iceland, Norway,
Liechtenstein and Switzerland.)
c) Have you been working in the EEA for the past 3
years (not just as a full-time student?) or are you the spouse of
an EEA migrant worker living in the EEA for the past 3 years?
d) Have you been granted refugee status or a spouse
or child of a refugee?
e) Have you been in the the UK since you were granted:
Leave to stay by the Secretary of State? Humanitarian Protection?
Exceptional leave to enter or remain? Discretionary leave? Or are
you the spouse or child of one of these people?
f) Are you an asylum seeker who is 16-18 or have been
waiting to hear about your claim for asylum for more than 6 months?
If you can say Yes to one of these questions and show evidence,
you are eligible for classes. If you are eligible, please check
